How to Enrol
Women wishing to enrol in a course are asked to complete an enrolment form and pay the enrolment fee, and course fees for government funded courses, in full prior to the class commencement date.
Enrolments are made by appointment only. For further information, contact the office Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 3.30pm and Fridays from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.
Bookings can be made over the phone or in person, but a place in a course is not confirmed until an enrolment form is completed and payment made. If a place is not available, your name will be placed on the waiting list.
For those wishing to enrol in ACFE classes, please note that permanent residency is required.
Wellsprings aims to provide the opportunity for all women to participate in their programs. The government funded courses on offer are supported by a concession rate. You are eligible for a concession if you receive a pension or have a Health Care Card. Details must be provided when you enroll. Payment can also be made by installment if you are having difficulty in paying the full fee in one payment. For women experiencing financial hardship, the fees can be waived by approval from the CEO.
Wellsprings reserves the right to cancel classes that do not have a minimum number of participants enrolled prior to class starting date. A full refund will be given for payments received. No refund will be given for government funded courses after the third week of commencement.
