No Interest Loan Scheme (NILS) Available to women on a low income who hold a Health Care Card and live in the City of Greater Dandenong or Casey. This loan is to help obtain new, essential household items such as refrigerators and washing machines. For more information contact our No Interest Loan Co-ordinator on 9701 3740. She is available for appointments on Thursdays From 9.00 am – 12.30 pm
