Enrolment Details

Women wishing to enrol in a course are asked to complete an enrolment form and pay the affiliation

fee, and course fees for government funded courses, in full prior to the class commencement date.

Bookings

Bookings can be made over the phone or in person, but a place in a course is not confirmed until an

enrolment form is completed and payment made.

Concessions:

Wellsprings aims to provide the opportunity for all women to participate in their programs. If you are

experiencing financial hardship, please contact the Centre Manager to arrange for a private talk to

consider the granting of a special concession or exemption.

The government funded courses on offer are supported by a concession rate. You are eligible for a

concession if you receive a pension or have a Health Care Card. Details must be provided when

you enrol. Payment can also be made by instalment if you are having difficulty in paying the full fee.

Affiliation fee:

2010 affiliation fee of $10.00 to be paid on first enrolment for the year by all students.

WFW reserves the right to cancel classes that do not have a minimum number of participants

enrolled prior to class start date. A full refund will be given for payments received. No refund will be

given for government funded courses after the fourth week of commencement.

Holidays:

We do not run classes on public holidays or during school holidays.
